1. Inquiry info

We receive many Inquiry from users every day, and each one contains personal information and/or pictures. Fantove understands that your Personal Information is exceptionally important to you, especially given the nature of our products, and when you trust us with it, we have a duty to keep it safe and secure.

Sharing of Inquiry info

We never never share your personal information with third parties. The information is kept only within our company and we only share it with the corresponding departments. For example, we only share pictures with 3D designers to evaluate a project or complete the design.

Deletion of Inquiry info

In order to provide users with better services and data analysis, we will collect inquiry information every week, which will be saved in an encrypted folder on our company computer.

We will delete these information within 180-190 days from the date of receiving the last email from the user. In addition, the email will be saved in the mailbox system, because some users will inquire again after 1 or even 2 years.

2. Discreet Shipping

We provide you with privacy delivery and safe packaging.

Privacy Delivery

No one will know what you bought, your order packaged in plain boxes with a discreet label. We do not add any information about adult info on the label and we usually label our products as mannequins..

Safe Packaging

A sex doll is a big investment. We do our best to ensure its safe delivery in the final transportation link. We use 7 ply corrugated packaging box, which can provide increased strength and stability. We will also add foam inside the box to protect the doll from being bumped.

Free and Fast Delivery

We don’t want to spend more time on transportation, so we choose the fastest delivery method, such as DHL or Fedex. Depending on the destination, delivery may take 4-10 working days.

3. Document Destruction (Fully Customized Sex Doll)

Document destruction includes the destruction of 3D document and doll mould.

3D Document

3D document is a method of representing Customized dolls information using three-dimensional models and digital tools. After the document is approved by the user, we will make a doll mould based on it to produce the doll. Unless authorized or allowed by the user, we will delete the 3D document within 30 days after the user confirms receipt.

Doll Mould

The doll mould is a physical model that can be used to mass produce dolls. This is why custom dolls are expensive, because the mould for custom dolls can only be used once and cannot be used again to produce more dolls. In our factory, we have a room to store moulds. Unless authorized or allowed by the user, we will destroy the mould within 10 days after the user confirms receipt.
