Sex Dolls

For sex dolls, orders can be cancelled within 1 business day of placement. It’s our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience, which includes processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. We will NOT accept your order cancellation or change request if the order has already been shipped. If you still decide to cancel the order after the shipment, a 10% restocking fee (or 40% for custom dolls) will be charged from the refund.

Fully Customized Sex Dolls

A custom-made doll is built to your personalized specification, we are very sorry that we cannot provide a 100% refund. We provide a corresponding refund amount based on the steps of customizing dolls.

1. Before you confirm the 3D document, we will provide you with a 70% refund of the order quotation. If you choose the prepayment option, we will calculate the refund amount for you at 70% of the order quotation.
2. If the doll is in production or has been completed, we will provide you with a 30% refund of the order quotation. If you choose the prepayment option, we will calculate the refund amount for you at 30% of the order quotation.
3. If the order is in transit or you have already received the order, we cannot provide you with a refund service. If the product you received has any quality problems or damages, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to providing you with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and our customer service team is always available to assist with any product questions you may have.
